Please note: each Property Owners Association has its own officers that deal with:
- repairs of streets within the POA
- landscaping within the POA
- architectural conditions for homes in that POA
- annual assessments (which incorporate assessments from CTA to the POA)
- questions from settlement attorneys
- amenities within each POA (e.g., swimming pools, playgrounds)
- complaints regarding POA residents
Please consult the POA page and direct your inquiry for any of the above to the specific POA.
